David Berger shows Intellectual Property vastly superior to the USGS on how to scientifically detect and map earthquakes accurately and consistently before they strike.

He offers the Intellectual Property for one billion US dollars to any willing and able person(s), group(s), or nation(s).

My knowledge of how to detect earthquakes before they strike is far superior to any other person in the world (see my videos 1-22). My knowledge is far superior to the combined knowledge of the USGS, the Department of the Interior, the NSF, NIST, FEMA, NEHRP, and the White House (Office of Science and Technology Policy) of the USA which recently put out a blog that the USA has annualized earthquake losses of 5.3 billion dollars (which makes the purchase of my knowledge well worth it). All of these organizations falsely state that earthquakes can't be detected, pinpointed and measured before they strike, their statements are not correct and people die by the thousands and hundreds of thousands every year believing in their BS.

I don't care who, or what country buys my technology, they are going to be very pleased with it if they want to have earthquake and tsunami forecasts that will consistently save lives all over the world. Deaths from earthquakes and tsunami's will drop to an absolute minimum using my technology. I'd personally like to see the billionaires of the world pool their money and purchase this technology as a gift to the world.

I suspect that a Class Action Gross Negligence (serious carelessness), Wrongful Death, Personal Injuries and Losses Lawsuit will be pending against the USGS and the Department of the Interior if a major earthquake strikes in the USA and kills thousands to hundreds of thousands of people since I offered this technology to the USGS, and the USGS and the Department of the Interior turned it down in 199; the USGS again turned it down in 2011.

The USGS could have been using this advanced technology since 1995, and geo-engineers could have been using this technology to reduce earthquake catastrophes. Nearly 1 million people worldwide have died from earthquakes or tsunami's resulting from earthquakes since then. The knowledge was for sale to the USGS back then for a mere 12 million dollars, now the sale price is 1 billion dollars to any group interested in purchasing it.

David Berger shows in 22 sequential videos how earthquakes are detected hours, days and weeks before they strike and how the precursor signals during that time show exactly: (1) when the earthquake will strike; (2) where it will strike (Epicenter); (3) how deep it will be (Hypocenter, Foci, Focus, Focal Point); (4) how to find the strength (Magnitude) by Piezoseismically Mapping it days ahead of time; and (5) the direction of fracture, rupture and bending of the ground by a Piezoseismic Refracted Radiation that can be seen directly above the area of ground under abnormal pressure 24 hours a day for days and sometimes weeks before the earthquake strikes.

Piezoseismology detects the bending of the Earths crustal materials for days and weeks before a rupture or quake occurs and up to 1.5 days after the earthquake as the Earths subsurface materials settle back into a resting position.

Granite gives off detectable positive (+) signals and limestone gives off detectable negative (-) signals when pressure is applied to them.

People studying earthquakes have days and sometimes weeks to map any magnitude of earthquake before it strikes in order to determine ahead of time what its magnitude currently is, or what it will be after adding the latent energy of collapsing linked earthquake cells to its magnitude.
