One of the worse response I have ever seen. You don't go inside a small fence in yard unless all the inmates are on the ground. You separate the non combatant Inmates from the combatant. If the combatant doesn't want to surrender, use C/S gas if they still won't comply, then use SIMS. This should take care of the problem then the team can order the inmates to go out of the yard one at a time with out the officers going inside and risking officers life.

@grunt11b I know that it is not "real" My team haas been there as aperticpating team every year since the start even when we slept in tents on the prison grounds. I wanted to know what facility they were from. Thanks "Grunt11b" cant take a dump without a good grunt!
