How i got rid of Annoying popUP?
At 2:10
i was unable to save the Gif
Annoying POPUP:
Unable to finish the GIF
Optimization process.

At 2:29 click 'Optimize' above the gif image on left
A new tool bar 'Preset' appears
Click on the bar
''Show/hide the Optimize Panel''
on the pOPUP
click on 'Local Palette"''
tick mark or click
'Preserve Local Palette''
and you are done.

*In Ulead Gif Animator
*Open Ulead Gif Animator
on 'Startup Wizard' click 'close'
on Toolbar click 'File'
then click 'Open File'
select the gif (the gif should be
bigger in size)
and click 'Open'
u wil see many frames when u look down
see that frame no. 1 is selected
again click 'File' on toolbar
now click "Add image'
Now ur animation is added to ur
main gif .
You can drag the frame here
to ur choice
Now on the right side of
window u will see the position of ur
2 animation frames.
Double Click on any frame and the popup
window of '' Object Properties'
Click "Position and Size'
change the position as per ur choice
where u want to show
in Left
in Top
You will have to do it all the frames
Run the animation by clicking below
frame no. 1 (Arrow mark)
and then save the animation
u r done....
