This is my demonstration of Kong San Koon @ the World Baek Hop Wha Association test in Grapevine, Tx. I am an instructor of the Youn Wha Ryu style of Tae Kwon Do. Forms (aka katas or hyungs) in our system are performed at faster, more aggresive pace similar to Tang Soo Do. Feel free to make comments.

@masterhanstexas: I am curious which techniques you think were added to the form. I have performed this form several times in front of Grand Master Han and each time he approved of the way I did the form.

Our school teaches this form at 4th and in most TSD schools this form is taught at a high dan but in Shotokan it is taught at brown or 1st dan.

I wonder why is that?
