I watched the video, I did not see any heavy discussions on AJAX, Its functionalities, and challenges in testing them. This video discusses testing in general.

This was one of my favorite GTAC 2008 presentations. The small/medium/large concept and concepts that followed have been extremely beneficial for my company's testing.
