A BT or cluster can go into the valence of a person a cluster can go into the valence of a single beingness e.g. a person known to the Pre-OT in PT and there could be a stuck picture of this person. It actually isn't a picture as such, it is a complete mocked up identity plus a mock up of the identity's surroundings. This is very puzzling to the Pre-OT as it doesn't blow as a picture.

If you have scientologists snapping pics up in your face, it's generally just to harass you unless they get some propaganda out of it.
Infrared lasers with a wide focal point are great for messing with cameras, their light is not visible to the naked eye, but digital and film cameras will be blinded by the bright light, exposure hell.
