How insensitive are the Americans? The military is terrorizing civilans in Uganda. We have a population protesting against the regime in power that is terrorized by the military! First off they created most of those rebel groups did the Ugandans. How come no one has a go at them for taking over two thirds of the Congo (secound congo war) and systematically plundering it of resources whilst it throughs rebel gorups it's formed off the DRC gov troops and their militias? Secound their minimum age to join the military is 13. By supporting the Ugandans your hardly setting a good message.
