Best Free Mac and Windows Screen capture Software Jing

READ FIRST!!!!!!
The free version of Jing records in .swf which does not work with any other program and will not upload to youtube. I also do not use Jing so I can't answer any questions about how to use it. If you would like an alternative:
For Mac: click the top annotation and that will take you to a video explaining how to record your screen for free and be able to edit and upload it. If you have snow leopard you can screen record using quicktime X. If you don't mind paying (or torrenting) Search for screenflow, it is the best screen recorder for mac.
For PC: use camstudio (someone posted this in the comments so do not message me asking about it because I haven't touched a PC in 4 months)

hey , umm i've done some recording thanks 2 u but as it says , the things u save them as are not saved as video's their saved as files so ...? any idea how to upload em on tube?
