I submit a contradicting opinion, and you go on a lengthy rant. if that's not a troll flag, I don't know what is. besides, from what you're saying, the supposed proper way would require fully removing the radiator; that would be pointless for a basic pipe swap. again, post a video reply with your way of doing the job. otherwise you just look like an idiot

@HappyDiscoDeath And, by the way, there is no "horribly incorrect", it's done right or wrong. With this example of the wrong way to do it, there is no need for a correct way to do it video. It's right or wrong. This is wrong. And, no I'm not a troll, I just hate to see videos that have completely wrong info for the man at large. Then, they don't know right from wrong, and when they flood their houses, who is at fault? Hmm?

@HappyDiscoDeath C'mon, HDD. You saw as well as I did that Kevin was holding with the pipe wrench backwards. The idea of backing with a wrench is that you isolate the fixture you're wrenching against. In this example, Kevin is doing nothing more than absorbing oxygen. If you aren't backing against the input torque, you are doing nothing, and pipe wrenches apply torque in one direction only.

@joby613 from what I could see, if you were talking about 1:36, there was nothing done wrong. Kevin used the wrench to hold the valve connection in place so that Richard could screw on the pipe stub. if you think this was done horribly incorrectly, post a video reply showing this exact procedure done the same way with identical parts, detailing what you think was wrong, then how to do it a different way. otherwise, you look like a dumb troll.
