cept Japanese home building is anything but high quality craftsmanship. I know. Lived in Japan for 14 years. Its like 2 worlds. Craftsman and tradesmen. Fortunately the former is very alive.

For those of you who do not understand the meaning of quality workmanship, In Japan this is considered an art. This is not something learned overnight, These craftsman are constantly striving for perfection, to them everyday is learning experience. Think of that when you view your next poorly constructed house.

Thanks for posting this clip . I was amazed with the fit of the joint. I was also amazed by the ratio of sensible comments to sensless drivel comments that were posted.
