Dallas police arrest girl, how many cops does it take?

So Sec and I were eating gelato over at Spike's near the Angelika Theater and we noticed that this cop had pinned this girl down outside one of the stores. Don't know what she did though. But as we were eating and watching all these other cops came. We had to leave after a while but there must have been 4-5 squad cars by then and they still hadn't taken the girl away. Go figure, must have been a really slow day.
