Changes Coming To The Leffew Home?

Ok what a month Febuary was. First we had major plumbing problems that cost us around $4k. Then Bryan almost cut off two of his fingers. I cant tell you how scared I was rushing Bryan to the ER. Now my niece has gotten herself into some trouble and may lose one or all of her
children. I havent had the best relationship with my niece over the past three years. She has decided that drugs are more important then the life that she is providing for her children. So, finally CPS has gotten involved and taken my nieces kids away. We have been approached to possibly take one or more into our home. Of course we can't say no
but have to make sure, what ever decision we make doesn't impact our children in a negative way. Its going to be a wild couple weeks for the Leffews. Please be patient with us.

Your niece's kids are your nieces and nephews?

It is amazing to see how much you're doing for your niece. With all of your problems, it is great that you're taking care of your family like this. Brian, I hope our finger gets problem. Remember to always leave times for yourselves =D.

It's great Selena is getting more comfortable in front of the camera, too.

having another member to a family is great in itself although a lot of considerations does have to be made. i agree with jay the financial aspect is definitely a big thing to consider. plus the fact that you you wouldnt how the new additions would react to such an unconventional family situation as yours but i know that you would do the right thing no matter what love you guys!!!!

Man, I love this family! You're such great people and you just know those two gorgeous kids of yours are going to grow up to be sweet, loving, responsible adults. Whatever decision you make re your niece's kids will be the right one - your instincts seem right on.

As far as the house stuff...it's always something, isn't it. Just when one project ends another begins. Sending all good thoughts!!
