A psychological thriller set in the world of New York City ballet, BLACK SWAN stars Natalie Portman as Nina, a featured dancer who finds herself locked in a web of competitive intrigue with a new rival at the company (Mila Kunis). A Fox Searchlight Pictures release by visionary director Darren Aronofsky (THE WRESTLER), BLACK SWAN takes a thrilling and at times terrifying journey through the psyche of a young ballerina whose starring role as the duplicitous swan queen turns out to be a part for which she becomes frighteningly perfect.

  • what is this shit?

  • absolutely perfect movie

blends in all these fucked up aspects of ballet with the degradation and collapse of a young womans mind

    and portman plays it beautifully

    A+ movie

  • This gotta be the most confusing trailer ever.

  • This is really one of my favourite movies. <3

  • @LordRandoom that sounds so racist! lol!

  • Definetly the best movie I have seen in the last five years of my existence! I love the music, the story, and the special effects. Everything was perfect!

  • This movie was very weird, but it was fantastic! The ending definetly surprised me.

  • Portman - the enchantress that she is - must have been beneficiary of the most expensive photoshop job in film history for Black Swan. In no other film do her cheekbones protrude so boldly, her lips pout so wholly, or her skin pinch her bones with such youth. 'Black Swan', beyond it's artistic qualities, will forever remain the most lofty testament to this young lady's beauty for all of time.

That is artistic achievement in itself.

  • She SO deserved the Oscar.
