@MrThehommies Because he was old and he didn't just study Darth Revan's holocron. He studied at least 4 of them from the most Legendary Sith masters. Darth Revan only contributed by showing him the secrets of the thought bomb to destroy the other Sith and he did have the idea of the rule of two but if Darth Revan was the Sith'ari then why didn't he just kill them in his time if he was so powerful?? because he wasn't strong enough obviously. Bane always knew that the Sith were flawed

IF(note i put a really big if) zannah defeated bane, that is okay beacause of the rule of two. Its the circle of sith. bane knows that the apprentice will one day rise up and defeat the master, so it was supposed to happen

@TheTuxedoMaskDarien, Drew Karpyshyn stated that Bane was destroyed at the end of the third book. The reason Zannah's hand was twitching was because a small part of Bane was imprinted on her during the life transference, but not enough for him to be considered "alive".
