My TV started doing this months ago so I've just left it unplugged and off for all this time. It shows a perfectly crystal clear picture while it is on until it does this. I can't find a thing on google cause I can't type in keywords that describe this. What is it doing and how can I fix it!?

  • TV has been replaced with a new LCD... the capacitor theory sounds like that was the problem ;)

  • The worn out CRT screen needs to be replaced I'm guessing

    Take it to a TV repair shop or call a service personnel to fix it
