  • To me Cooling towers signals a management failure. Why waste heat in a cooling tower when it can be put to good use heating the neighbouring homes and provide plenty hot water.

A well planned and executed implementation of this can cause a coal or gas fired power plant to reach an energy utilisation efficiency rate in the 95-98% range.

  • @pppie123 Simpson, huh?

  • Can someone tell me why a magnox reactor with a secondary coolant loop needs a cooling tower? Just to look cool?

  • this looks fake lol ?

  • @pppie123 Ha.
