House fire FCII helmet cam interior firefighting, Frederick Maryland Part 1

Dispatched as a vehicle fire with extension into the house. As you see in the video, there is a good amount on extension. This cam is a great tool to use for critiques of any type call and great for training. A great job on the call with stopping the fire I think. There was only 1200 gallons of water used on the whole fire. Let me know what you think. Part 1.

Yeah next time I won't turn the light on and it shouldn't be so blurry. I think you are mistaken though, I was not freelancing, I was the unit officer and was assigned division 2 by the interior officer. I did enter the house by myself because I had a issue with my regulator and was just a little slower then the rest of my crew.

I dont think the career staff at IHC 1 would appreciate talking about them behind their backs. I might know a few of them who would love to hear you tell them. This whole volly vs. career argument is so stupid. Alot of career guys also volunteer at my station. They do the same damn job at their volly house as they do at work. No difference at all. So your not not just talking shit about career guys, but your brother volunteers. So grow up, stop this hypocritical hatred. Thanks

fucking hell, what a head in NSW autralia, we have 70.000 volunteers and thats a not typo, and 6000 paid, im a volunteer, and we do bushfires, MVA car fires, im 17 and im fucking Breathing appratus qualified, i have been on 283 in almost 2 years( i turn 18 soon) and we do the same plus more then our paid technically cos they dont do bushfires and we do, and some paid hatee us some dont depends f you got sick guys , or fuckwits who wont get over what uniform you were, we are there for one thing

Who cares if you get paid or not because if you werent such a dumbass you should know that it dont matter because you joined to help people not just to get paid. being a firefighter isnt just a job... its a way of life and you have to really care even if you arent getting paid.... its a job you choose to do not a job you do just to get by....
