@TheZarbodShow the best way to render it as a video is to press f10 for the rendering settings, and change the jpg to quicktim movie and change the RGB to RGBA

can you like take a model of a building, select for example a wall, and ad a explode modifier onto it, and then make it look like the wall is collapsing?

Yeah..
In the scene button window (F10), You might have some option on format setting. Just change the format (Jpeg) for an other format as AVI Jpeg.
