The bulk of that Island is much higher mobs than the 20-30 range. If you did the package delivery quest to the boundary between the lowbie area and the high lvl area you'd see it pretty clearly isn't just 20's-30's

I will be assa in the EU version, but i dont know if wear 2 swords or 2 Daggers. I thougth 2 daggers, for the speed plus and more chance of getting crit, but i've seen a lot of assa with dual sword :S. And...Are all Asmodian armors so freaking awsome and the elyos so...."gay"? (i'm gonna be elyos for my clan T_T).

0.9 att speed is just ftw, a lot of his dmg is coming from auto attacks. his crit rate is also very very decent. and of course his lvl plays an important role, he got all the skills he needs for cc locks, low lvl assassins cant do that, good gear helps no doubt , but you lack the skills.
