just remember these words when doing a forward roll.
1. Tuck in (with arms straight out)
2. Push up (lifting ur butt up)
3.roll (push ur legs over)

Lol, Charlotte is excatly like me! When i try to do a forward roll i end up like her, then when someone tries to push me i just crawl off, LOL Yeah James ive had that advice though it really doesnt help but thanks anyway

I couldn't do a forward roll until I was 18! Kneel down on the floor, your hands in front of you. Put your head on the ground just by your knees - lift your knees up and you will just naturally roll on your back :) I am now 29 and can still do forward rolls :) James x
