Scattered Site, Single-Family Rental Management Training

This training video is intended for NSP grantees seeking information on scattered site, single-family rental management. When NSP grantees in weak real estate markets have difficulty selling their single family homes, renting them to qualified tenants can be a viable alternative. This video addresses some of the challenges and questions that grantees may face: What is the NSP target income group? How much rent can tenants afford? Who will be responsible for all management tasks and procedures? In this training, David Morton and Reno Housing Authority provide NSP grantees some useful guidance on how to implement and fine tune their own scattered site rental program.
