Bihar Floods

As we all know, in Bihar flood is a regular feature since many years. It causes great damage or loss of life and property, livestock crops etc. and an event fact leading to ruin a failure of all development process in the area. Flood situations occurs deferent ways in this area. One of the ways is when river Ganga and its tributaries overflow, or when it rains continually dams of Bihar region and Nepal are opened. When the Dam opens the water comes faster here and Damages the properties and live stock, as people are not prepared for the sudden out let of water.
