This is NOT a pirate VCD being played by this Astro channel. It's a weak satellite signal (caused maybe by heavy rain, or a loose connection) arriving at the receiver. Notice the channel logo is also affected!!!
How does this guy know when this problem is occurring? And it's so stable for a moment and goes crappy after that? I think this guy recorded on his VHS and was disturbing the cable at the back of the decoder, because loose connections give this kind of problem. So I think this was done on purpose.
