Nice video and good job on the landing!

wtf i do not know wat u r talking about lol

Hmm obviously you don't fly them blacknight. Because if you did you would no that no two landings are the same, and the VREF Speed will change every time depending on weight, rwy length etc.

Nice vid mate are you a captain or F/O?
-
clearly Blacknight, you do not fly a 737. try landing at 145kt with 40 degree temps into a slight tailwind...even with an empty ship it still would be difficult to calculate the approach speed without performance charts and approach plates.
also, each airline has differing requirements...here in australia for a 737 F/O it can be as low as 1200 total aeronautical xp with 500 hours twin-engined command time. you also need an command instrument rating with atleast a few renewals on it aswell....

thanks

thx
what is the min runway length a 737 can make a comfortable landing?

there are soo many landing configs and all of these affect the landing distance..for example if the rwy is wet or dry..flaps 30/40. Generally speaking the very shortest a 737 can land at its lightest possible weight is about 750M... approx.
