  • What the hell is this show? How do they rate 'Fear Factor' so low? Surely if you're driving a tank that's just knocked out so many Syrian tanks in Yom Kippur that's going to give your enemies quite a bit of fear?! Great design this and visually very similar to modern day tanks, so different from it's contemparies it's amazing!

  • best tank for years the centurion , may of had it in ww2 if our tank development hadnt been neglected in the 30s

  • Israel won this battle because of air cover and THE MASSIVE WEST SUPPORT ,the USSR was giving Syria and Egypt gay weapons and Jordan has no real supporter ,after 2 years (1968) Israel army fucked by jordan army after trying to cross Jordanian borders . BTW JORDAN USED THIS TANK.

  • @stubbostubbs much of the rating comes from the tanks affect on the world. The Chally 2 was just as good as the Abrams, if not better. But its numbers meant it was a sideshow to the performance of the M1A1 in the massive tank battles of 1991.

  • kfc tastes like chicken shit!

  • The "Fear Factor" is a load of bollox anyway. FF and Production rating are only in there for one reason, so that the Septics can always get their kit to the top of the tree. How else would the scabby M1 be able to top score the Chally 2? Pure bullshit from the yanks.

  • fuck you paul beaver!! and your brother justin beaver!! :DDDD

  • @Snakebloke

Soviets took the lead in WW2 with T-34 trouncing the Germans. Panther was a bigger copy of T-34, ordered by Hitler. British experience in the field developed better tanks, and tank engines than them all in WW2 culminating with the Centurion. The Centurion was "in service" in WW2 being delivered to its units in April 1945 in England. Taken to Belgium to be used against the Germans, VE-Day came. It was "in service", available for action, in WW2 but never fired a shot in anger

  • @14th20thKRHkickass my centurion does 20l p km . it holds 545.5 l according to the user handbook . Australian centurions also had an extra 100 gal external fuel tank added.

    the book says for range

    cross country 32.5 miles or 0.27 m.p.g

    road 62.5 miles or 0.52 m.p.g

  • @stagga76 You never went into a battle against Centurion and said "Oh no they have Centurion tanks we have to plan for this". Really it was so equal to many of the Soviet tanks it fought in combat that a thing like "Centurion fever" never really came to be.

  • 1:32, it did guzzle fuel....like a whore...this programme is just full of shit....great tank, crap programme layout

  • @xEden1 much longer ranges then 1km.. more like 3 miles. the isreali crews were trained to fight on the flatlands of the golan hights. and the isreali up gunned version of the centurion was much more superior then the t-54/55's the syrians had. only thing the syrians had on the isrealis was that the syrians were equipped with infrared "spotlights" so letting the syrians carry out the war in the night,
