Gays are putting effort everywhere online communities, and then count the off lines beside people who don't have internet access anywhere.

It does concern us because this is what our country is about to be announced in few years.

Under your system yes, but first they will allow incest, and then they enjoy animals sex involved. So what type of life you wanna go to exactly? Humans will become animals back again, and live in herds.

Again, I'm not an attorney. I'm one voter who is being asked wether he thinks gay people should be allowed to marry. What the supreme court does in the future is irrelevant to wether or not in my personal opinion this should be a civil right enjoyed by gay people. I'm not arguing there is already a precedent establishing gay marriage as a civil right deliniated in the constitution.

the Ninth amendment specifically makes these unenumerated rights a part of reality.

sense Human rights by definition are universal and marriage between a MAN and a WOMAN (as well as black civil rights etc.) is rooted in just about every culture and religion along with nature, the U.S. Supreme Court ,which are the ultimate interpreters of constitutional law, has been consistent throughout the history of our country that marriage between a man and a woman.
