If you experienced a cold table that included a few loses while doubling & splitting. You didn't state if you were betting some sort of progressive betting system or flat betting $10 each hand. Anyway - I never meant to imply that perfect "Basic" makes you a winner. To the contrary, it will only minimize your losses over the long run.
