very good and detailed video but wouldn't it be just easier to go buy a brioche loaf, it looks like an awful lot of work

great!!finally a video i can see everything that i wanted to know...have tried your way of doing it and there's none left!!!!i didn't use the egg wash i topped the mini brioches with a light coating of apricot jam instead....WOW! i mean really WOW!!!!

Great recipe! I am a French teacher and I made them for my class. They turned out wonderful and the kids really enjoyed them. I will definitely make them again. Melissa - how about a "Pain au Chocolat" (chocolate croissant) recipe?
