@SmrtBusesLuver Had a few rides on sunday round Manchester and neighbouring towns and didn't like one bit of it. I forgot to mention cooling fan truble earlier as shown in my video MX09HUP would they devrlop this problem with it being hot all year round in Singapore. I was grateful for the air-con when over there in 2009 but didn't ride any buses though.

Opps this bus has the newer ZF ecolife gearbox fitted as the lacks the wooing of the zf Ecomat especially in 1st and 2nd gear with 6 gears in total. These buses have been in the UK with First bus being one of the main users of them since 2007. watch out for the grinding retarder and horrible truck sounding engines.

@hamsterbus thanks for the tip! (: what you've said was right. our previous batches of Volvo B9TL also had a newer version of ZF gearbox (before Ecomat), and it really sounded like a horrible truck!

@SmrtBusesLuver I don't like them either I would be much mor eplease if they bought alexander dennis envrio 400/500 instead with voith gearboxes. Much better than a B9TL but the ZF Ecolife versions is still awful. I have some videos of B9TLs over in the uk with the truck engines, tuneless gearbox and the grinding reatrder. MX58DXT has the grinding retarder, MX09GYG has the tuneless gearbox and some other examples that are bog standard. The examples in the UK are 10.4Metres with 2 axles.
