  • At this point I see no reason to believe that the will isn't fake. It's clear from all the information I've gathered that Michael Jackson was, in fact, purposefully murdered, a purposefully under-investigated murder. But according to police affidavit, Murray "found" Jackson not breathing at 10:52am and didn't call paramedics until 12:20pm. That's almost an hour and a half. During that time Murray did make 3 phone calls for a period of 47 minutes. Michael Jackson wasn't supposed to walk away.

  • @WhitneyGetz - I have not read an affidavit that Murray actually found MJ at 10:52. Do you recall whose affidavit that was? That's a completely different timeline than the defense has submitted. I also think Michael was purposely murdered.

  • cardiac problems run in the family. Joe jackson has suffered heart attacks and a stroke. Its ironic that Randy's heart attack occured close to the anniversary of Michael's death. Maybe the stress of the date caused him to go into overload.

On a much sadder note, Jermaine jackson is stuck in Africa. He owes back child support, so his passport was confiscated. Some one back home has to pay the obligation. He tried to get the payments reduced, but that request was denied by the judge.

  • @makyshawms - I don't feel sorry for Jermaine. That's what he gets for having kids with his own brother's baby mama. And of course it all ends up being dump on poor Mrs. Jackson's lap.

This information is contained in the June 27th L.A.P.D. affidavit; "That at “approximately 10:52 am” Murray discovered Jackson “no longer breathing”.". Murray's cell phone records show he made three separate calls, the time he spent talking to these women totaled 47 minutes and began at 11:18 a.m.. He wouldn't call paramedics until 12:20pm, almost an hour and a half after he says he "found" Michael.

  • @musicbabylove1 come on stop talking nonsens, you don't know who was the closest sibbling to Michael. Stop speculate it.

  • i think randy is the most affected sibling by mjs death..i know they were all grieving but i think randy was the closest brother to him ,no?

  • MJ always cared and gave back.Stay real and with the truth. Not the rest of them shit I will give nothing to Sony or them.

  • Latoya says theres more than Murray, Joe says it, Jermaine says it, Mama says foul play, LMP says they wanted his beatles catalog and now Randy says it. That means there is something to it.

  • I have a sad space in my heart for Randy. I like him. God Bless Randy and his own family as well as the entire Jackson family. Michael.....rest in peace. Your a dear, departed brother like no other and I have nothing but love for you as well.

  • @WhitneyGetz The kids names are spelled wrong and the day the will was ''signed'' Michael was protesting with Al Sharpton in New York, the Will was signed in L.A. Michael was doing 2 important things and went fr. 1 city to another in just one day? It's not impossible, it's still strange...
