** As you can tell already, my right separated shoulder is giving a negative look to my physical appearance. But, I am all in good spirits about it. **

I am only doing exercise's that feel good to do. Anything that provides discomfort I completely eliminate out of my routine.

1 week down. Plenty more to go! Never give up. Stupid Grade 3/4 injury is not going to slow me down!

  • @thaNeFaRiOuS1 I was wrestling outside at like 3am... Just horsing around with a buddy... He was so small when I ended up throwing him I like pivoted over his small ass and crashed on the ground, the tip of my right shoulder is what hit the ground first... When that happened I knew instantly something was wrong & like a minute later I FELT EVERYTHING. It wasn't too bad like people say but it was quite a bit of pain.

  • @IdriveIrocZ are you able to lift the same?? i have the same injury but a high stage where instead of a sprain i poped all my joint cartlage from all 3 joints im try to work out to built up what i lost any advice to built the front and rear delts

  • Keep it up. I got the same problem. I'm looking at how to build up the small musculature in the RC and then build up the overall shoulder. There is still an art to bringing the shoulder back that modern science is still challenged with due to the fact that not all injuries are the same nor the musculature and physiology of the individual. l look forward to seeing your progress... happy healing! Great attitude!!
