What your overlooking is that it never was suppose to go to trial but instead take a plea bargain and be free in a couple of months
Jessup is correct in his own way, Someone has to stand on that wall, Cruise won't do it but has the nerve to expect to do it. You owe some of your freedoms to the Jessups of the world
