Strange, the East Troy had orginally put B-3's under #4617, but they were changed in favor of the B-2's for, if I remember, electrical (horsepower) ratingor something like that. It has been a long while since that work was completed at East Troy.

@traindudeacw Interesting to know, the B2s will be back after wheel turning and spring work. What, if any difference, will be felt I don't know. Much has been said in books and online about the ride difference. B2s are supposed "Float like a cloud" A quick look at the motor ID Tags shows all to be Westinghouse 1432 J on both the B2s and B3s
