Jigsaw is John Kramer, the man who originally set up the traps and made everything happen, he created Billy the puppet, who appears in the films and on the monitors giving the victims instructions. 'Jigsaw' died in Saw III, he is not the puppet.

@KaraGirlie I dont think so. Actually, A lot of guys have fuller eyelashes then girls. Double lashes or something. Some girls get it, but most just get single unless their father or a brother had them.
