if it is any consolation..or just coincidentally closing the circle, Corin's songclip of The Corin Tucker Band - Dragon (Live on KEXP) (youtube) sounds just like a Mary Timony(from Wild Flag)/Helium song to me. This class is all good but fyi:If you havent explored Mary's catalogue in & out of Helium, you owe it to yourself=she's solid brilliant (too)

Wow, I did not know that, thanks. By the way, the PDX in my name means Portland, it's the call sign for the airport, the place I live. The place where the girl who stars in Portlandia who also used to play with Corin Tucker in another local band who now plays in a less than stellar band, which yes I know is not called Portlandia but I said that thinking most people would get what I mean. But thanks again....9 months later.
