  • Ahh no, dont mind them, they just love railcars & dont understand or appreciate the versatility & diversity of a locomotive. The 22Ks are a very good railcar & are adept at what they are designed to do but that is all ;-)

  • I reckon that it was the Generator Car that failed and not 223 itself.

  • Theres logic to the mark 4 Loco situation, If they got 2 Driving Cars on them then our lovely locos would go to waste, and the enterprise isn't doing them favours

  • i suppose they have to have the loco at the back because there is only a driving cab at one end of the train . i have been told by people a lot more knowledgeable then myself the mark 4's should never have been bought as the 22000's were procured not too long after and have the driving cab at both ends !
