In the October 1st 2002 NIE report, 16 intelligence agencies told Bush Cheney ect that "Iraq did NOT have WMDs, were NOT a threat to America or anyone else" & were NOT harboring terrorists ..So How do Bush, Cheney and their leaders in the Military Industrial Complex successfully plead that they had 'Faulty intelligence of WMDs'?

Those war criminals should all have been / be hung by the neck until dead, dead, dead by a court of the world.
