Boddington is an English smooth bitter from Manchester.
It was once very famous among the UK but now is declining in pubs. However, it is really mild and smooth like Guiness. When it is being poured, it makes three different layers, head is white subtle froth, the middle is yellow-coloured milky, and the bottom is slightly brown, typical bitter colour. The taste is close to the Irish ale " Kilkenny" , and so does its appearance. Lovely bitter.
