  • I will say however as pumps go I didnt notice much of a difference, I'm already a fairly lean low body fat guy with vascularity so that could be why. The energy was still there after the workout was over. Power wise I felt like I had a little more in the tank. I did legs today and don't like pushing on the squats, but I did have a better day with deadlifts. The difference could be just having a good day opposed to an average one. I will test this with chest tomorrow.

  • I just tried the leucine test. I will admit I was very skeptical of this when hearing about it, but it actually did make a difference. I used scifit leucine which is suppesed to be ph buffered, but I dont believe its nearly as potent as they claim. I used 6grams not 10grams, I weigh around 181. I noticed I actually had a lot cleaner energy than when I use a pre-workout like jacked or assualt. The cleaner energy made me feel a lot less anxious and I was still focused.

  • It really works I was lifting weights about 1level higher than i usually do and doing some crazy 25 minutes of cardio after training. On second training the effect was little smaller but i was depleted after 10 hours of hard work and ate lots of beans for my dinner couldn't resist them. Next time i eat properly for sure.

  • Lui... this is my results:

    Pump: 40% better

    Strenght Increased around 30% (real easy lifting of my actual weights, wich was hard until today)

    Recovery around 20% better, as I was already taking 5g of BCAA before training it just increased a little bit.

    Feeling awesome... never been so fine after a hard workout.

  • Just got myself some Ultimate Nutrition BCAA with double leuc- that the other amino acids in it. TOMORROW is my back and shoulders day (not my bast accets) so we will see how I pan out ^_^ Australia here bro.

  • @xDontStandInTheFirex when I said fuck this i wanna lift more so I started doing push ups right there on the spot. Only did 24 lmao.

    But I feel that it worked. Will definitely be trying this. I feel a little bit sick atm but I think its because this is my most intense workout so far.

  • Alright, this is how it went.

    I felt a bit bloated at first, but that's probably because I already drank water this morning.

    Once I started warming up I didn't feel pumped at all, but about half way through my bench at max I started feeling really pumped up. I decided to put on more weight and I made a new PR by 25 lbs. I don't know if this is because of the Lucine or last weeks gains, but the pumped up feeling stayed. I was actually undressing to shower when I said
