Okay, I've been trying to meditate for a couple of months now. Midway through this guided meditation, I had a huge burst of adrenaline then I started laughing. Now afterwards, I feel really energetic and happy. I was holding an amethyst crystal in one hand and a rainbow fluorite crystal in the other.

Does anyone here know who Melchizedek was in the Bible? It makes for interesting research here.

@jasamadam I can say from personal experience that he can be very cold and unwilling to take responsibility for his actions. I don't want to reveal anything that would expose my identity, but my experience does match up with his unethical behavior from the past.

I don't want to discourage you, because I found the meditation itself to be very rewarding...just be very careful around him and use discernment. Most of "his" information actually originates from indigenous/other sources.

@zerrah does this also affect the integrity of his work in general? maybe there are deeper reasons for that which has no sense to the observer. i don't know. i got interested in him because of the flower of life and merkaba. i haven't read his books yet, but i plan to do it soon. do you think that his teaching as a whole is less truthful now?

@jasamadam Yes, I have benefited from this meditation...it's really amazing. That's why I was so upset when I found out what kind of person he really is. I know that even Jesus has had his bad days, but would Jesus ever abandon his children? Drunvalo has two girls with his current wife that he helped raise, but several that he abandoned. He has also stolen from nonprofit funds and then investigated by the FBI. There's having a bad day and then having bad character.

@zerrah ok... but have you benefited of his work? if yes, in what ways? i think that one must strive everyday to be a better human. i bet dalai lama has his bad days too. heck, even jesus raged from time to time :)
