He is a Sergeant he does not know evidence procedure and does not know when he put the tape into evidence. Where is the evidence receipt. If he had one he could answer the question. He would have the evidence voucher in his case file. Truth is I bet there was no evidence voucher.

You are an idiot just because your dumb ass was arrested you are trying to make this man out to be corrupt. I think you should be charged with deprivation of character for this nonsense. Take your punishment like a big boy and shut the hell up.
