  • Nice basic video. Remember hamstrings are not isolated muscles, if other muscles are not strong, warmed up and pre-stretches, you won't get a good hamstrings release into flexibility.

    I personally don't teach and don't do hamstrings stretches by themselves, as they don't show the best results.
