2009 Iranian Revolution - Basij confronts student protests in Tehran Azad Uni Oct 13

For the third consecutive week, more than 2000 students of Tehrans Azad University held a gathering in protest to the coup government and treatment of student activist. There are reports that around 100 Basiji forces that were brought to the University by two buses violently attacked the students with batons and tear gas and even locked up one of the students in the office of the representative of the Supreme Leader in this university. According to this report the students have been resisting these attacks and have been chanting slogans in universitys lobby and different floors.

i will say this the basiji deserve wat is happening to them now cuz they alowed people with in them to do wrong to people and even abuse them which is not islamic and i hope all those ones that do this get hanged form the street lamps in tehran. .this should be a wake up call for them and they should change there ways to wat they where like druning the time of imam khomeini..

Sacrifice? All Iranians lost something during that long and very illigetamate war. This war monger regime/Khomeini/Sadam never should have engaed in a war.

Basij are uneducated that follow blindly, so they are used like pawns like they are nothing by these thug mullah rapist regimes. Basij can not justify killing innocents on the street, NEDA, Sohrub, Kianosh and all the others. Basij will pay when we take them to trial - no citizen can kill another citzen in the name of God.

Our bravest Iranians are not going to let these basij control them... jsut like our fathers and mothers would not let the shah's lackeys control us.
