Pho ta noodle opens in Saigon

Mai was Ky's wife during his terms as South VN Air Marshall and Vice President until April 30th, 1975.
In this clip Mai appeared in violet jupe moving from welcoming guests to serving eaters at table.
My friend and I came in after having to wait half an hour in the lounge outside. People were very polite and friendly but to our surprise, they did not wait for our order. We had two glasses of water and two bowls of pho, half done beef, pho ta'i. In my taste it was more than fine. However, the bill reflected something else but quality of pho. I paid 136,000 dong or # 8 USD for a kind of pho just second to Pho Dau ( also known Pho for Ky in the past ) and Pho 24 where I would pay less.
The difference will be filled with the curiosity of many people in Saigon in seeing a lady described popularly as vo ong Ky ( Ky's wife ).
So, the art at Pho ta is probably not in the quality of pho.
And, after 3 months, 6 months or 1 year when the curiosity of the Saigonese has faded out, what will be next for Pho ta to attract eaters ?
Only with the real value of this Vietnamese food can such a place sustain !

One month passed and the eaters for Pho Ta, as I saw, coming down opposite to the increase of complaints about the quality of noodle soup there. Poorly performed except Mai's walk thru the tables daily saying hello..
