Thanks, these exercises really are effective and will save a lot of time in the gym. The "get-up" is "different". I used a small band just for the demo. If you use a heavier band just make sure you have a heavy enough anchor.

I know it sounds obnoxious but I wager that resistance bands and machines using them for payload simulation will take over the bodybuilder industry.

They just offer a huge reduction in manufacturing, much greater variety and you can even build your own machines at very affordable prices to then utilize these as your resistance source.

Only took them 20+ years to finally catch on!
