OMG>.this will Be the Next Super Hero.... That exactly what I have to go through.... Them mother Fkrs learn something new like a name of a font..and they think they are the best designer in the world...lol They really make us feel destroyed. Lots of designer use Anti-Depressants... and guess why?

This was the hot pink Comic Sans of video clips... But at least it's got some truth in it.

Bad ideas from stupid people was one of the main reasons I got out of design work.

Another was the fact that there's no respect for proper education in the industry. For instance, some yokel can hand over $18.95 and a coupon and get a 2 year "degree" in Game Design or some such nonsense and consider himself an artist equal to someone who's earned a BFA from an actual university.

There is actually a petition going around at my college in the graphic design groups that we will ban papyrus and comic sans because they really do suck!!!

I had a client tell me to "Clean up" her website. Clean up what? I only put all the crap on there that you TOLD ME put on there!

I also made the mistake of showing her how to use Publisher! Now instead of paying me, she keeps making these eye-bleeding flyers and going, "how does this look?"

OMG IT FUCKING LOOKS LIKE STIR FRIED DEATH! AND STOP TELLING PEOPLE I DO WORK FOR YOU! THEY'LL THINK IT IS THAT SHIIT-ON-A-STICK FLYER!!

I was really feeling a "WTF" moment when he said the whole Comic Sans/Papyrus line.... would have made it perfect.

Good way to teach them... make a GOOD version of whatever crazy half-brained "trendy" idea they want, then make the sucky one too, show them both and just say the good one is an alternate design that they might want to try, and try not to be offensive about it.... might actually get you fired.. but... it's the only solution I can see.. :P

but.. all this is considering you don't have 30 minutes.. unless you have magic fingers, then you'll be fine either way.
