Psychology at Farmington

The Psychology major at Farmington is a flexible program that provides a strong foundation in psychology while encouraging you to choose classes that pique your curiosity and target your own individual interests. Here, you will work with your Psychology faculty to select classes tailor courses that allow you to explore the newest ideas in psychology -- ideas that challenge common-sense knowledge and that apply psychology to the helping professions. At Farmington, challenging courses (recommended by the American Psychological Association), a research lab dedicated solely to Psychology, supportive faculty, and a Psychology computer lab allow you to collaborate with your professors on a variety of research projects -- theirs and yours.
