I was waiting to start a class of Taekwondo under master Nick in Minneapolis, and someone thought "let me film you" so this is Omar Ali Grant, Pucara CMS head instructor warming up.
After I was filmed kicking the bag, one of the young red belts of WTF Taekwondo in Minneapolis thought to show me his skills, and sure enough, he was really good. I enjoyed training with this 12 year old Thailandese/American and hope to see him again in future as a black belt. On behalf of myself and Pucara CMS in London, BIG THANKS to all people who welcomed me into their training in the USA!!!
