This song embodies what vampire stories SHOULD have at their core. It’s not about sex. It’s the concept that now changed as a person, there is no going back, and you can’t change your new direction, you either have to accept, embrace or die.
There are many parallels with our normal lives that allow us to identify with the vampire’s conundrum.
