  • @Mr357robbie Thanks so much! It is difficult for me to find time when my kids aren't running around and wreaking havoc. It would take days to edit out the fighting in the background ;) I do make posts without videos as well. They can be found on my site, CoffeeNate, com (unable to link in YouTube comments) Thanks again for watching ツ

  • @davideshafer Thanks for watching. I have no idea what your comments have to do with cupping coffee though. This is the standard way to taste and compare coffee set forth by the SCAA. The coffee is fresh. I store coffee in a coffeevac, that keeps the coffee from the oxygen outside and eliminates light as well. It also allows the coffee to degas. Please include the time of the video that I mentioned "weeks after brewing" I couldn't find it. Thanks for watching! ツ

  • Hey it's December 2011 and no new post. I find your posts extremely educational, you removed the process of making and the enjoyment of fine coffees from the esoteric to something that even one of the unwashed masses such as myself could understand. Thanks man.

  • A couple concerns I had was 1. over steeping. As you well know if coffee steeps too long the valitil oils will burn and give off a bitter taste. 2nd. What did you mean by waiting a few weeks after brewing? Also how are you storing your coffee? Again, as you well know, air and coffee are not friends. Too much exposure to air will causes the air to go stail. I am always happy to watch your show. It's always good for fellow coffee efficien-autos to talk shop.
